Returning values from a dialog box

Hi folks

I have set up a dialog box in which I want a user to select two values from two separate combo boxes. When the OK button is clicked I want to transfer these values to variables on the form that the dialog box was called from. I know I've done this in the past but right now the answer isn't coming to me... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think I fidured it out - according to a website I read, the dialog box is still available even though it is closed, so you can reference the form and then the objects on it and read the values until you actually dispose the dialog form, so I'll do it that way.
