I have 2 tables:
One contains Company Details.
One contains Company Type Details.

I would like to return only companies that have a type of '202'.

Does anyone know the basic syntax for this?

Thanks

Click on the field you want to evaluate
Click on the Select Expert icon (a hand picking a red ball from between two blue ones) or Goto Report / Select Expert...
Find "Is equal to:" one the dropdown list. It should say "Is any value" when the select expert window comes up.
In the text box type your 202

The actual syntax will read (if you Show Formula):
{field.you.want}="202" (if it's a string field) of
{field.you.want}=202 (if it's a number field) Mike
