Returning item name

Has anyone figured out how to return the item name (field name), I know you can use GETPARTITIONNAME to return the partion name but what about the item name? I don't want to use the audit log for this if not needed.

I don't think this is possible, the type names should be pretty static though, so you should be able to hardcode them in the map,
