Hi all,

I have a table with 3 memofield filled with a large amount of text, but when i use the possibility to export these memo fields to excell (with the DoCmd.Output.. option) not all text is being exported.

But when i open Excel and i use the menuoption data-->get external data, and search for my access mdb and import the memofield, all text is being imported.

Is there a possibility to make the export from access works on the way that the import in excell works?

Maybe quite complicated, but then again it might be not..

Thanks in advance,

-Dims

Dimst,
[tt]OutputTo()[/tt] will truncate memo fields to 255 characters. Take a look at [tt]TransferSpreadsheet()[/tt].

Hope this helps,
