Hi

I have a query that returns no data at the moment. I have an 'Area' field in the query and then the 'Count'. What I want to do is return the area names and fill in the count as 0 even if the criteria isn't met. Instead, at the moment, it returns nothing at all because there is no data that matches the criteria I have entered.

Thanks for your help,
Karl

You will need a Left Join in your query. This will get it to return NULL in the missing field. In the missing file, use NZ("YourField",0) to get it to return 0 instead of NULL.
