Returning a Criteria from Query to Report?

Hi All,

Some of the searches i perform are saved as a query, so for example if i search from one date to another the criteria would be stored in the query as "Between 1/1/00 and 31/12/00" is it possible to return this into a report?? so when the report is printed out i know what search i performed for the Data.

I'm not aware of any way to simply add a control to a report which picks up these values, however, this is how I do it.

Run your report(/query) by prompting for the beginning and ending dates. Those values should be passed to variables, which you then use to set the "between" portion of your query. You can then display those values in the report as well by adding controls whose source is the value of the variable.
