Using the method described in the FAQ to launch a local application from vbscript, is there any way to get a return value from that application. For instance, if you launch an .exe that checks something and returns a true or false value, could that be accessed within the calling vbscript? 'UNLESS someone like you

nothing is going to get better.
It´s not.'

Question: What does your app do? Does it return the value (True or False)to the screen or a file. If you can modify your app to output to a file, it would be a lot easier, otherwise, you will have problems trying to read from a windows app.
