Is there a way to return to the auto attendant once a call has been transferred from auto attendant to a mailbox?

Pressing the * key is not working.

Return to auto attendant" is checked, but when I press * it goes into "mailbox options" for the extension I was transferred to.

Is this Call Pilot set to CP mode or NVM mode?
You can set the system to theses modes or a specific user, check both (user would be in COS)
CP mode is more for those use to the PBX system where NVM is for Norstar users.
I am not so sure of the code to bounce out in CP mode if it's even allowed.
