Return to same spot on page after server round trip 1

Hi there - I'm new to ASP.NET.
I have a command button which is near the bottom of a page bigger than the screen size. How do I make the page return to where the button is when it is clicked?
I have inserted an HTML bookmark on the line above the button definition as follows:
<a name=&quot;[Calculate]&quot;></a>
but I can't find how to make the round trip refresh the page to that bookmark.

Sorry if this seems trivial - but everything's hard when you're new
