how can I in Voicemail Pro have the option to return to Operator during the menu greeting.
Right now I get "that option is not available"

Do you mean from a users vm greeting? Define a voicemail reception destination in the user form in manager, under the voicemail tab.

From a menu token just enable a 0 dtmf choice and link it to a transfer token but I'm sure you know that.

Actually ya, I just overlooked it.
Add a touch tone choice.
