Return to Operator

Is there a way to setup the IP Office: Partner Edition to give users the ability to get back to the Operator if they reach someones Voicemail?

I've tried *0, *2, *3, and 0-9 but cannot break out of Voicemail. Is this possible with the Embedded Voicemail?

you have to go into the user settings and set this up. under user> advanced
