Return to Auto Attendant

Hello,

Simple Callpilot setup on a CICS, when someone doesnt answer their phone instead of Zero out going to "221" or what ever the attendant is set to, I want it to go back and play the primary greeting on the auto attendant "thank you for calling xxx company" is that possible?

I already tried setting the sttendant as the voicemail extension and that does not work!

try setting the return to AA to yes under feat 983 >> AA >> Greet
then set the attendant to a non-functioning phone or turn the attendant off.
now the calls should go to the personal voicemail and on 0 attempt the attendant and then since no attendant is available go back to the AA menu

I think I used to set TABLE/1/ADNT to 000.
