I have a report that needs to return only one result which is the first appointment scheduled in an OR room. What is the best way to show the first appointment in the OR room? The report is already set up to group the times in order from least to greatest so I only want to see the first or earliest time for each room.

Return Only One Result

place the times in the group header and suppress the details sections. only the 'top' result will be displayed
