what is the approximate return on investment when implementing Compaq insight manager 7.

I understand that a Gartner Group study showed that a company considering a switch in server manufacturer platforms would need to realize a 28% decrease in total cost if they are activley using IM7 today.

How much savings can be made by supporting servers remotely using CIM 7 as oppose to going on site. I'm aware this depends on the task in hand, but from your own experiences, have you managed to realise a return on investment?
