Return notification not working (internet mail)

Hi!

I have just set up a Groupwise 5.5 internet mail server and it is working fine.

The only problem I have is when I send an e-mail checking Return Notification When Opened in Status Tracking, nothing is delivered back, even when the user who receives the e-mail has a GroupWise system too.

Is this utility only for internal mail or can be used for external mail also?

This feature is for internal mail only.

GroupWise 6 introduces the internet enabled feature similar to what you get in Outlook. But just like outlook, a user can choose not to send the notification back to you.
