Return from hibernate problem on internet

When I come out of hibernation, it may take me 4 or 5 tries to get the server. Using Windows XP. Any ideas??? TIA

1. Re-apply Service Pack #1 or #1a
2. If Wireless, apply the wireless rollup package:

3. If you are using a Third-Party VPN client software, call them.

This will work.
