On the operator call, we keep getting
RETURN 7176 (or some number that is one of our lines). The person on the other end is a prank caller.

What does it mean when it displays RETURN? The call was never picked up by the operator, i.e. they were not transfered, put on hold, etc. It is an incoming call that displays that on the LCD. I am puzzled by this one, but figure it is something simple. Thanks.

sounds like could possibly be that they zero'd out of a voicemailbox and got to the operator that way. could make a test call and see what it says on the console.

or, could look and see if that station that displays is in the hunt group for your voicemail.
thanks,tim
