I have a customer who wants to be able to just dial a 1 when they are in their voice mail to call the extension of the person who left the message. Is there a way to define what can be pressed to make this happen?
I know in Essential, the code is "**".
Not sure how to achieve this in a Voice Mail Pro.

what about using a call log depending on your phone type of course

Is there anyone out there who knows what keypress is required to be able to dial the number of the caller from the voicemail?
I know in Essential it's "**". Or does this change by the version of the software?

It's not "**" in Essential, it's "**" in IP Office mode on both Essential and VM Pro.
In Intuity mode the feature doesn't seem to be available.

I was incorrect with what the client is looking for.
When they press the number 1 while listening to their voice mail, they want to be able to leave a message on the callers voice mail box, and not just ring their extension.[mad]

Replying to a message only works in Intuity mode, both on Essential and VM Pro.
