Return a figure if field contains certain data 1

I am trying to wrie a formula for if data contains "H".

This means the H could be anywhere in the string or even not be presnet ie

ACHBN
AFB
AHDNB
HTV

I would want to return line 1 3 and 4

What have you tried?

InStr({datafield},'H') > 0

in your record selection formula for instance?
