Retriving certificate via infochannel

Hi All,

How can i get back a copy of my certificate which i took via weblearn? I left the company which is authorized dealer with Astra so i've no access to infochannel.

Pls help

This is possible. Contact your old company, and let them do it for you.

So, there is a way around, if you have left a job with a company which is authorized dealer with Astra, and have missed your login for weblearn!
Accounts are normally not deleted.

If others have this problem:
Write your full name and the name of the authorized dealer with Astra and also your email address (of the authorized dealer with Astra), and your new e-mail address, then it should be possible to help.
