retrive/reset password complexity setting

Is there any way that i can read/set Password Complexity setting using script or at least some API? I was able to use some windows api (LsaEnumerateAccountsWithUserRight) functions to enumerate other security settings but i couldnt find something about Password Complexity. I even looked on some WMI Security classes but nothing there either.
