Retrieving voicemail files from Call Pilot

I would like to know how I can retrieve a voicemail message from the Call Pilot and throw it into a folder for a user so they can do whatever they want with it. Is there a specific location voicemail messages are stored? Right now this person is putting their phone on speaker, and using their iPad to record messages he wants to save. I've installed Call Pilot player, but can't get it configured correctly.
I'd really like to be able to just go into Call Pilot, grab the file and put it in a folder on the users desktop. Hopefully this is a simple question.

Depending on your version of callpilot and your licensing; you could let the user retrieve and save message with either mycallpilot (web app) or desktop messaging.
