Is it possible to retrieve the address list of a particular user from his acct in the Exchange server using ASP?

Yes, this is possible.
You need to user ADSI or LDAP which you can access from ASP. I'm not sure of exactly how you would do this but do a google for LDAP and Exchange and you will find a lot of info.
