Basic question but seeing different answers: Customer uses Call Park Buttons (CPark 1, CPark 2 and CPark 3) on 9608G IP Phones. When an inbound call is Parked to one of these buttons the customer sees the button flash and the display says, "External Call". When they press the Park button it does not connect the call. The user must press the "Connect" soft button to connect the call. Is this the proper way that the call is handled? The customer insists that they used to connect to the call right away when pressing the CPark X button.

This needs to be put in the nouser source tab for one button park access.
