Retrieving Messages

Moderator, if this is not where this post is suppose to be, please move it. I am new to this site and it's forums and as well, the world of telepohony, more specificlaly nortel cs1000 systems. My cs1000 is connected to a callXpress voicemail system. My users pick of the handset and hti 6 to access their voicemails. One of them is reporting they receive "Retrieving messages.......Retrieving messages.....(just repeats)". since i have no experience with this system and voicemails missed can be critical to companies, can someone help me?

This would not be a CS1000 problem but an issue with your callXpress would be my guess. Like the mailbox is not configured or not configured properly.
