When i retrieve mail, the server will not keep a copy of my mail in the server, how can i configure outlook to allow me to retrieve the mails in the server and having the server store the mails. Thanks ,
Assuming you are using Outlook as a client, you need to configure delivery and synchronisation. Set up the delivery (Tools, Services, Delivery Tab) to be your mailbox on the exchange server, rather than a personal folder. Then you can set up synchronisation so that whatever you want copies locally when you run a synchronise. You will need to set up off-line folders and the help files will tell you all about this.
Note that you should copy mail back from your personal folder to your mailbox to get it back on the server.
