Hello Everyone, Can some one tell me how to retrieve my last Command Prompt Entry, I had just put an entry in it and went back to it and it was not there. I want to print out the instructions that i put in there, someone gave me over the phone! Please let me know if you have any idea's on this, I am using Xp Home Tom

If you've already closed the command prompt, you're probably out of luck.

If you do not have DOSKEY installed, then you're probably out of luck too.

If DOSKEY is on, then you should be able to press PF3 to retireve the last command, or use the up arrow or left right arrows to bring back previous commands.

I thought I heard somewhere that there is a DOS history. That might be something else to look into. I'm not familiar with that option and what it does.
