Retrieving Information from a Web Page in PB 6.5

I was wondering what is the easiest way to retrieve info from a web page in powerbuilder 6.5. I'm am building an application that needs to retrieve data from a web page that the user navigates to and I would like some help. Even if some one could just point me in the direction of a web site or technical document that gives a better explaination I would be very greatful.
