Hi, we need to create a scheduled job that would grab binaries from SQl Server 2005 table and save them as viewable images (Employees Pictures) files. How can we do it? Thanks.

You will need to create a front end application for this. If it were me, I would create a windows service in .NET.

Thanks, is there a simple sample/tutorial that could help a T-SQL coder to do this, or I better ask a real programmer?

I think jbenson001 is a real programmer!

I'm a humble DBA/T-SQL coder, and I need to solve this puzzle for production needs, that's why I asked for some examples maybe. If not, I'll have to go begging our programmers to help me, and they are often not in the mood...

LOL.. thanks George.

If you are familiar with .NET, you can do this pretty easily yourself. If not, I suggest you get some help from one of your programmers. You can use Google and find many examples that show you how to build a service in .NET.
