Is there anyway to logon to an Exchange Server...and retrieve emails from a mailbox store?

Our Boston office lost their Exchange Server last Saturday..they are missing 3 days of emails....

There is an email box on our exchange server in Atlanta that has incoming email in it that usually gets auto forwarded to Boston. Is there a way that I can logon to the Atlanta server (from Dallas), and forward those emails to Boston?

Does this make any sense?
