Is there anyway I could retrieve deleted sent emails if its not in the Deleted Items anymore. We don't have Exchange server.

we don't have any backup so its a dead end. we want to retrieve delete sent mails.
also, is there a way to clear the Draft folder. Outlook was put offline so we could clear Draft and don't want to send those.
