Retrieving data from website to vb6

I'm writing a program hooked up to a 4 switch box next to by bed through my joystick port. It will tell me the time, current alarm settings and HERES THE QUESTION.

I want to go to any local weather website and put the weather data into a vb text box that can be read out loud using text to speech. The text to speech is not the question but HOW DO I READ THE WEATHER DATA INTO A VB TEXTBOX FROM THE WEBPAGE.

EX. 84 DEGREES, PARTLY CLOUDY, CHANCE OF RAIN

My expierence with the Internet Transfer Control has been great and it's straight forward...Create an instance, specify a url and the html is rendered sent back. Parse the text for the specific tag or location of the info and you are done.
