Hi all,

I populate a table in Access DB and then create a report based on the data from a specific table.
The problem is that randomly, the report is missing the last row from the DB table and sometimes does not.

Any ideas for cause and solutions.

Thank you.

What version of Crystal, and what type of connectivity are you using?

Depending upon your version of Crystal, you have at least 2 ways to extract data, Native or ODBC.

Do you have a record selection formula? Report->Edit Selection Formula->Record or Group?

Try changing the connectivity, and also make sure that you apply the monthly hotfixes:

Thanks for your fast reply,

I am using Crystal version 4.0.6 (Visual Studio 6.0) and Access DB2000.
I downloaded the new .dll files for the driver. It seemed to work a bit better, but still, from time to time it misses the last record.

I do use Grooping. Does grooping have any side effects?
Regarding the connection type, the source for my report is DB file.

Thank you again.
