Ok, here is my situation. My server died wich contained Win2k SBS with 25 user licenses. I had backed up copy of everything on server, except I failed to write down the CAL licenses; and ,I do not have the original add on disks. Now that I have a new server up and running (win2k again),
I would like to add these original CAL licenses.

Bottom line : I would like to know how to extract the CAL licenses from the old server install. Where are the CAL licenses stored ? The registry, or elsewhere?

I tried using a product such as KeyFinder, but Its only able to extract the original 5 CAL license that came with OS. I also tried booting from the old wink2k install hoping to simply run Licensing under the active directory, but alas, the "Licensing" option does not even show.

Any ideas much appriciated..
