In outlook you open the archive.
The answer is "42"

If you are referring to the archive created by the auto archive feature in Outlook:
(I am referencing an Outlook XP application, so 2000 may differ)
Go to Tools - Options - Other - Auto Archive
Note the path to the archive.pst file
Next, you need to create a new personal folder and point it to the pst file above.
