Does anyone know how to retireve a call once I depress the flash/link key and dial an extension that no one answers. For example: I answer a call, its for John, I hit flash dial John's ext. He does not answer. How do I retrieve the call. The system is a Meridian 1. Thanks

The best way to do this is to use the toggle or disconnect optio in the MPO section of the PABX, enable MPO feature for the handset in question.

MPO is Multi Party Operation, it is configured in the CDB and once configured can be enabled at a set level.
