Retrieve Sys Info on startup?

Can I have my DB go to pc sys & retrieve info such as processor # and not open if the # does not match with an Existing # (to prevent having the db copied to a diff. pc without permission)

Your best bet is to use the GetVolumeInformation API function to retrieve your hard disks serial number and then use that for copy protection. This will certainly be the easiest and quickest option.
