retrieve state and calls of a extension, agent

Hello,
In my cti i need get the agent state and call information in a extension. I'm using ctconnect and the method for that (ctcSnapShot) is not suported in Meridian. Is possible retrieve that information using another api (to talk with Symposium, for example )?

Looks like your using Intel CPS API's? Have you looked at the Meridian specific API call ctcK_AgentInformation event?
