Retrieve mail.

Hi,

I need for a new developped product to:
- retrieve mail of some of the exchange users only, for another flow sent to my new application
- while allowing them to retrieve their mail normally
- while being sure that even if they retrieve their mail before I can, I still can get it

What solution do you propose ?

Hi JF,

What I would do is have their mail also delivered to an alternate recipient (make up a new mailbox just for this purpose). Then you can just look at your new mailbox to see all the incoming mail.

In Exchange Admin click on the users (server recipients) that you want to see their mail and select (on the delivery options tab) alternate recipient (your new mailbox) and check the box to deliver both to recip and alternate recip.
