I have a situation that I am trying to work through and would appreciate any input. This is Outlook 2000 related. The problem only surfaces when someone tries to retrieve their office e-mail from home or laptop. They are able to retrieve mail that is sent via Internet outside their office. They can not get any that is sent inner-office, even when sending name@domain.com. Any ideas? Their old network consultant said that it was due to the fact that Outlook searched for the easiest route to deliver (inner office), and that it was nothing that could be changed. This is what was relayed to me.
