Hi!!!

I created a document in Word 2000, but I have some data in tables from VisualFox 6.0, how can I use this data to get connected to Word (Like external data)

For example:

I put a TextField (in blank I suppose) in my Word document and when I open my document could I retrieve automatically what my Visual Fox table has?

I know that you can do it in Excel with the option "Get external Data", but in Word I don't know

Thanks a lot for any help

This is more like a mailmerge, MR. You may even be able to use your VFP table as a data source.

Just go to Tools-Mailmerge, choose new document. Hit the Get data source button. Make sure the files of type shows all files... Brainbench MVP for Microsoft Word
