retrieve deleted message

i have a customer that deleted a message in thier mailbox and they need it back. is there anyway to retrieve a deleted message? can i get the call history for that extension?

3300 mxe 9.0 embedded

ONCE YOU HANG UP FROM THAT SESSION IT IS GONE. IF YOU HAVE SMDR OR CALL LOG, YOU MAY RETRIEVE SOME INFO

how would i access the call log? is it something i have to setup for each extension?

if you have caller id you can set up ext's to log the incoming calls. this is done under terminals and sets
