Retrieve deleted emails

Hi

is there a way to retrieve emails that have bee deleted from deleted items??

Highlight the Deleted Items folder and then Click the TOOLS menu on the top bar. There is a "Recover Deleted Items" option. If it's not greyed out you're in business. If it is greyed out you're into restoring to the RSG and then pulling the mail out from there.
Even if the recover deleted items is there you may be too late. The number of days the messages are kept is determined by the retention time set on the properties of the store in Exchange System Manager.

This works for all my users Outlooks to recover from any folder

create a .reglike this

I'll look into these but the tools option is greyed out so I'm a bit stuffed.

I saw that but I didn't press the point. I just assumed that tools was ok and Recover blah was greyed out indicating a DIRT of zero.
