is it possible to retrieve a call stored in storage center to a retrieval logger other than the one where the calls was recorded ?

yes, it is. but you'll have to get nice PS involved.......

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

nice PS = nice Professional Services.

I believe as long as you select the logger as a retrieval logger then yes you should be able to replay from it. If you have multiple retrieval loggers I'm not sure how NICE decides which logger the call will replay through.

don't forget to add

nice PS = nice Professional Services = expensive

You can retrieve a call from SC to any logger you want (you define it within Query). It's only if you want to play it back from Evaluator (either the client or the web)that you need to retrieve it back to the originating logger.

as long as it's the same type of logger.
