Hello,

I had an end user ask me if there was anyway I can get call logs for our phone system. I am new to this system but I know it's a PBX System and we use Matworx for programming. Is there anyway to get a log of incoming calls to a specific number? Thanks in advance for your help

If you use MAtWorX then you have an NEC IVS/IVS2/IPS system. Call records are in a raw state and a 3rd party SMDR program is required to get reports/logs. Something like a Tapit system. Depending on which gerneration system you have you may also need an AP-00() card to connect to the SMDR program. Newer versions (IPS) had SMDR built in and the option to connect via IP. Your only other option is to connect hyperterm, or putty, but again it depends on your generation of CPU/system.
