Retreiving old calendar data

We use Goldmine for scheduling appoinments in the field. Every month I submit a travel report to get reimbursed for the mileage. Whenever the appoinment on the schedule is completed, it gets closed. So, If I go into Goldmine to verify where I was for the month, I can't see any of the appoinments. Are there any reports that I can run to retreive this information. Any suggestions??

Where are you looking to view your appointments? The graphical calendar (F7 keyboard shortcut) can show your completed appointments as can the Activity List (F6 Keyboard Shortcut)

With the calendar you have to switch to Day or Week view, right click on the calendar and select Activities from the menu. Place a tick in the check box for Appointments under the Complete Activities section.

With the Activity List

Click on the Closed tab
Right-Click under the tab and select Options | Activities | Appointments
Right-Click again, and select Date Range | Choose your date range
This should produde a list of completed appointments in the date range specified
