Retreiving formatted data from SQL database?

Hello all

I am useing SQL Server Database,and one field is in binary format. I am entering the data useing a software , which is made in Delphi. The data inserted to that field is in Formatted type (ie "hello HOW r u ?" it is different color and in diff font)

Can i retreive that in same format that is entering in to the database? if it is possible how?
