Clicking the right button of the mouse you can copy a field in the display screen of CR. But how to retrieve this field in VFP ?

Unfortunately, you can't "trap" that right-click/copy action and automatically paste. The user will have to manually paste the data into the VFP application.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

But. Why then CR has provided this copy ? Surely it it must be used somehow !

You can manually paste the data, you just can't do it automatically through code.

I am sorry I just succeeded in doing it. You just have to paste it in a character control by using ctrl V. It was simple as that. The control must be of a character type.
