Hi, wonder what function code to use when I have transferd a call and would like to retreiv the transferd call, in case the transfer destination not answer a call.

the sets I´m wondering about is.

5312 and 5603 (DECT)
system is 3300
and SW is 4.2

I have these function codes to select from

Call hold retreive
Call park retreive

or campon retreive

Regards UO

Feature code of Call Pickup Directed.
Station is ringing and you do a call pickup.

Only the console can really retrieve a transferred call. You can do a screen transfer to make sure the party is there or as DoubleUT says try to retrieve the call at the ringing phone.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

you can dial the code for remote call retrieve and just add in the extension number that initiated the transfer

Hi, all.

I have tested call pickap - Directed, this may work.

I also testad to dail the code for call hold - Remote retrieve, I My system the feature access code is *71

This is how I tested it.

on a incomming call I transfer the call to another ext and hang up my phone. Then I dail the feture access code *71 and my ext number. this do not work, I have also tried to dail access code and the ext that i have transferd the call to, don´t work.

I have checkede the COS and Call hold - Remote retriev is set to yes.

i´m I doing something wrong or what could be my problem?

Regards UO

ah, sorry, it doesn't work with transfers...only hold. Transfer is a soft function.

: Do not confuse Hold with the wait period that occurs during other feature activations (such as Transfer). This wait period is referred to as Consultation Hold

Ok. thanks for all your inputs.

In addition to using Directed Call pickup, you can also use a DSS key if one exists for the phone that is ringing.

Yes,

That I do Know, but my customer has 5312 sets and more ext than buttons :)

Then Directed Call pickup is your only valid option.
