Retreive Records that go past 12AM.

Company is starting night shifts which are going to have employees clocking in and working past midnight. This is causing our current time and attendance reports to not work as they pull records from 12am - 12am. We need the report, when refreshed to pop up a parameter asking for the day and have it capture data from 4am - 4am. Not really sure how to do this.

You could use 'DateAdd' to subtract four hours and bring the data into line with the existing system. You'd need some method of recognising night-shift cases.
